When the driver explains it's a rush order from the night before, Marconi remains skeptical but studies the paperwork. Everything looks right---the documents, the seals, the professional presentation.
While Marconi reviews the tablet, Chief Bogo arrives and immediately recognizes the threat. Bogo orders Marconi to step back from the vehicle. Marconi looks up, confused---three seconds ago he was checking paperwork, and now his Chief is screaming.
