Tufton
Tufton is a grizzled lynx and an inmate at Zootopia Correctional Facility in We Can Fix Pawbert, held there longer than anyone in the block can remember. He gives Pawbert the first of the two farewells that mark the walk out of the facility.

Season 4
Tufton appears in "Release". On the morning of Pawbert's release, two officers walk him out through the block, past cells he has passed a thousand times and past faces he has lived alongside for years. Some of the inmates nod. Some ignore him. Tufton raises a paw and tells him not to come back — "Don't come back, Lynxley." Pawbert says he wasn't planning on it, and Tufton allows the ghost of a smile and adds that the place gets boring without someone stirring up trouble.
A few minutes later Officer Kett meets Pawbert at the protective custody checkpoint and closes the walk with the same two lines, word for word. The corridor exchange Tufton opens is the one the guard finishes.
