By the small hours she has two threads: Louis Grazella opened three defense documents before they were ever served on the prosecution, and a shell nonprofit funded by a Lynxley Holdings subsidiary has been routing consulting payments to a company registered to Grazella's brother-in-law. Four hours of work through three layers of insulation, and she sends Luther after the one thing she still needs, footage of the two attorneys meeting where neither of them can explain it away.
She lays the whole package out for the room the next morning in S01E22 "Moot": the timestamps first, including a defense witness list pulled from the DA's office half a day before it was filed, then the money. The nonprofit is the Civic Restoration Initiative, founded eighteen months earlier and funded through the Lynxley Charitable Trust, and the consulting fees run to Grazella Family Financial LLC, registered to Grazella's brother-in-law Marcus, paid in installments timed to milestones in Lynxley-connected cases.
