Jessica Pearson is a black panther and the managing partner of Pearson Specter Litt during the Lynxley trial. She sets the terms of the firm's off-the-books involvement in the Lynxley trial and builds the strategy that removes the compromised prosecutor from the case.

Jessica Pearson is the managing partner of Pearson Specter Litt, the firm that took down the Zootopia Development Board, and she sets the terms of engagement for every case it takes. The Lynxleys once tried to buy the firm and retaliated when it refused, so she treats their reach as a live threat rather than a reputation: anything with PSL's name on it becomes a case about PSL.
Personality
Jessica is authoritative, strategic, and composed. She does not need to raise her voice to control a room — her presence alone establishes hierarchy. She thinks several moves ahead and expects everyone around her to keep up. Her intelligence is matched by her discipline; she reveals only what serves her purpose and keeps her full strategy close.
She is not warm in the conventional sense, but she is deeply principled. When Louis complains that the system allowed the corruption in the first place, her answer is that it is also the system they are using to correct it, and that this is how it works.
History
Season 1: Counsel & Moot (S01E21-22)
Jessica leads the Pearson Specter Litt team into the safehouse in S01E21 "Counsel" and sets the terms before anyone can propose their own: the firm appears in no filing, in no document, and in no courtroom, Nikki Bramble remains counsel of record, and everything the firm builds flows out through her office. She splits the problem in two, coordination and payment, assigns Nikki to document every objection Louis Grazella failed to make, and calls the moot court that will occupy the following day. She also settles the one answer Pawbert cannot afford to improvise. Asked why he is testifying against his own family, he stops reciting and says he finally saw what he was becoming and does not want to be that anymore, and Jessica tells him to give the jury exactly that, nothing added and nothing removed.
In S01E22 "Moot", Jessica sits as judge for the mock trial while Harvey Specter crosses the witnesses, ruling on objections as any real judge would. Once the evidence package is complete she routes it away from herself entirely: Nikki signs a referral, the referral and its exhibits reach the Attorney General's office by four that afternoon, and the Attorney General files the sealed disqualification motion under its own name, so Ryshard Vale has no standing argument to raise against it. By evening the motion is in and Judge Stone has called an emergency hearing for eight the next morning, the trial day delayed pending the outcome. Vale himself she leaves in place on purpose, exposed to a Bar referral but still on the case, because removing defense counsel mid-trial would hand the family grounds for appeal. A scared lawyer, as she puts it, makes mistakes. She stops by Luther on her way out with the instruction that all of this stays buried, and his answer is "Always." Then she reads the stillness he has been holding since he left the witness chair, tells him that what he is doing for Pawbert is more than the job he keeps calling it, and is through the door before he can argue.
Season 3
Jessica never returns to the case, and by the time Harvey and Mike come to recruit Nikki in "Worth Clawing For" the firm is trading as Specter Litt. Nikki asks whether Pearson finally left; Harvey says only that she had other priorities, and closes the subject there.

Jessica trusts Donna's organizational instincts completely. Donna builds the corruption case out of e-filing logs and shell-company filings, then drafts the referral and attaches the exhibits for Nikki to sign; Jessica's only response is to name the deadline it has to be at the Attorney General's office by.
