JJ reads the Quiet Harbor Foundation for what it is: a respectable reason to contact vulnerable mammals and talk to them about dying. The worse finding is the one she makes herself say out loud, that Quiet Harbor sits on the court's own witness-services referral list, so every cooperating witness in the Lynxley case received its pamphlet along with their protection paperwork.
