Officer Stagworth
Officer Stagworth is an elk and a young ZPD officer assigned to Precinct 1 in We Can Fix Pawbert. He is one of the fourteen mammals with access to holding on the night Quillford died there, and one of the names Nick and Judy work through while hunting the officer who killed their witness.

Season 3
Stagworth appears in "Claw and Present Danger". Nick and Judy spend the day taking a stack of fourteen personnel files apart, clearing every officer who could not have reached Quillford's cell block, and by early afternoon six names are left. Stagworth is one of them, still on the list because the log puts him in evidence during the window.
Judy takes him herself and finds him at the coffee machine, young and visibly nervous. He tells her he was pulling files for a case and volunteers his sergeant's name before she asks for it. The account holds — different case, different floor, nowhere near holding — and Judy clears him and moves on to the next name.
