Renato Manchas
Renato Manchas is a jaguar and a chauffeur in the Rainforest District, the predator who went savage while Judy and Nick were questioning him in Zootopia. He first appears on the page in We Can Fix Pawbert in the W-Series, in Luther's flashback in "Good Wolf", where Luther's team is the one that took him off the skytram platform.
Background
Judy and Nick came to him in the Rainforest District while tracing Emmitt Otterton's disappearance. He went savage during the questioning and nearly killed Nick before Judy cuffed his ankle to a lamppost on the skytram line. By the time she came back with half the ZPD, the platform was bare. He went savage after the city had already counted its fourteen missing predators, so he was held at Cliffside Asylum as one nobody had reported missing.

W-Series
In "Good Wolf", Luther remembers the call as a jaguar, a chauffeur turned savage on the skytram line, and the platform already empty in the district's scheduled rain when the van pulled up, the gondola swinging on its cable and the jaguar fighting a pair of ZPD cuffs at the foot of a lamppost, one bracelet on his ankle, the other on the post; Luther stood in the rain admiring whoever had done it. The net took him on the second throw; he was sedated and restrained, the cuffs were cut off the post and bagged, and the van was moving before the first siren reached the platform. At Cliffside he was the newest resident on Luther's corridor, the one who launched himself at the glass every time a flashlight passed.
At the kitchen table years later Judy brings him up first, and the pack learns that the cuffs Luther's team bagged were hers — ZPD issue, with a loss report that was denied. Luther says his name second in the closing litany.
