Tony Almeida
Tony Almeida is a red wolf and an analyst at ZSI's Crisis Coordination Center in We Can Fix Pawbert. He works the overnight shift alongside Buchanan and Dessler on the night Mikhail Icener brings the weather walls down.
Background
Almeida holds one of the analyst posts on the CCC floor, with a screen in front of him and a line open to the city's other emergency services. On an ordinary night that link carries routine traffic between agencies.

In "Misdirection", Almeida is the mammal with the phone against his ear when the weather wall network activates across every district at once. While Dessler reports the failures cascading off the board, Almeida relays what is coming back down the line: the ZFD is already taking calls, and it is describing mass-casualty events in Sahara Square and Little Rodentia rather than equipment faults. His report is half of what tells Buchanan the night is an attack, and Buchanan takes the room to Condition RED on it.
