Michelle Dessler
Michelle Dessler is an ocelot and an analyst at ZSI's Crisis Coordination Center in We Can Fix Pawbert, working the monitoring stations in the pit through the worst nights of the Icener crisis.
Background
Dessler works the analyst stations down in the pit, below the CCC's command platform, watching the weather wall board and calling what it shows up to whoever is running the room. The post is ordinarily an alarm-clearing job. During the crisis it becomes the first place in the city to know that something has gone catastrophically wrong.

Season 5
In "Misdirection", Dessler is on the overnight shift when every district starts failing at once, and calls the cascading station malfunctions out of the pit in something close to panic while the board turns red faster than the crew can work it. The report is what Buchanan reads before declaring the night an attack rather than a fault and taking the room to Condition RED.
By "The Message", Dessler is covering O'Brian's monitoring post while she is in the field with the assault team. When Icener orders every surviving station brought up at maximum intensity to force ZSI to choose between the command center and the city, it is Dessler who reports the whole map going active, and Director Costa who relays it to Luther inside the plant. Hours later, after the kill signal reaches the network, Dessler is the one who confirms every compromised device offline as the map turns green district by district.
