Lopez works the joint operation between Precinct 7 and the pack in "Second Chances", targeting Kellan Slink's logistics network. She is at her desk in the bullpen when the pack arrives, running two phone conversations at once and dropping neither.
The detective work becomes hers once the warehouse is clear. She and Harper take the interview with Slink cuffed to a chair in his own office, and where Harper leaves him to cook, Lopez pulls a chair up to the table and opens the file she was handed at the door. Slink wants to sell her an index of five years of manifests; she tells him what the department actually wants, which is names, routes and accounts, and lets his anxiety do the rest of the work. Through the glass partition, Pawbert taps once to catch her eye and points out the color-coded tags on the crates behind Slink, blue for freight that appears on no manifest. Lopez follows his gaze, logs it into evidence, and works the blue-tagged row into her inventory alongside the account numbers Slink reads into the record.
Season 2
Lopez returns with Precinct 7 in "Waiting Game" when ZSI traces a Tempest Holdings subsidiary to a distribution center in their jurisdiction. She works the financial side from a laptop at the briefing table, reading the shell structure as a classic laundering game with money moving through seven accounts before it lands. She is not on the stakeout itself; her work comes at the loading bay, where she radios ZSI to confirm the seizure of stolen weather wall components and matches the serial numbers to a facility theft from October 12th, evidence that Clawrence Lynxley is stockpiling restricted materials. At the debrief she is the one who takes the finding further, pointing out that the October theft cannot account for everything in the warehouse and tracing the remainder to depot thefts across three districts going back years, none of them connected to each other until that night.

Lopez is with the Precinct 7 contingent staging at Precinct 1 in "Final Position" before the final assault on The Root, coordinating her tactical team by radio and tracking multiple feeds at once while Grey takes the assignment from Chief Bogo.
