Season 1
Harper works the joint operation between Precinct 7 and the pack in "Second Chances", targeting Kellan Slink's logistics network. She spends the planning stage standing over an open file in the bullpen, reading the same page a third time to find what the first two passes missed.
Her substantive role comes after the warehouse is cleared. She and Lopez take the interview with Slink cuffed to a chair in his own office, and Harper works it from the wall with her arms crossed, letting the weasel sit in his own anxiety while Lopez presses him for names, routes and accounts. Slink demands documented protection with a case number on it before he gives up his manifests. Harper is the one who sets the terms he gets: the paper comes if the intel checks out, and not before.
Season 2
Harper returns with Precinct 7 in "Waiting Game" when ZSI traces a Tempest Holdings subsidiary to a distribution center in their jurisdiction. She is at the wall map of the harbor district when the pack arrives, tracing routes with one claw, and gives the briefing its tactical read: a single entry point on the east side, the loading bay facing north, sight lines that close down after dark. Grey assigns Luther to her team for the night, and the two of them hold the north exit through the intercept, working the radio in short confirmations and never overlapping each other's angle. The operation seizes stolen weather wall components and confirms that Clawrence Lynxley is stockpiling restricted materials. At the debrief Harper reports that the two arrested drivers claim not to know who hired them.
Season 5
Harper is with the Precinct 7 contingent staging at Precinct 1 in "Final Position" before the final assault on The Root, holstering and re-holstering her sidearm without noticing while Grey takes the assignment from Chief Bogo.
