Fru Fru
Fru Fru is an arctic shrew and the daughter of Mr. Big in We Can Fix Pawbert. Following her father's death, Fru Fru assumes leadership of the Tundratown organization. She commits twelve polar bears to the final assault against Icener in her father's memory.

Background
Fru Fru grew up as Mr. Big's daughter, raised within the Tundratown organization. Her daughter Judith is named after Judy Hopps, reflecting the close relationship between Mr. Big's family and the ZPD detectives. Long before the Icener crisis she had promised her father that if anything happened to him she would take over, protect the family, and lead — a promise he holds her to once the attack on Tundratown is imminent.
Personality
Fru Fru inherits her father's strength and protective instinct. She steps into leadership with determination and purpose, channeling her grief into action rather than paralysis.
Series History
Season 5: The Icener Crisis
Fru Fru's arc in Season 5 is defined by loss and succession. When Icener's campaign threatens Tundratown, Judy contacts Fru Fru in "Climate Control" to arrange a meeting with Mr. Big, who begins coordinating with ZSI. In "The Godfather", with the compound braced for an attack, Mr. Big asks Fru Fru whether she remembers her promise and makes her say it back to him — she takes over, she protects the family, she leads — then tells her she is stronger than she knows.
When Mr. Big is killed holding the mansion corridor to buy time for the evacuation in "Tundratown Requiem", Fru Fru screams at the sight of his body, then whispers "You kept your promise" and "I'll keep mine." She turns to face the polar bears who survived — Koslov, Raymond, Kevin and the rest — and assumes command with iron beneath her grief, declaring that her father's legacy does not end and that they now serve this family. Koslov drops to one knee, Raymond follows, then Kevin, then the others. Later, Judy promises Fru Fru she will find Icener and end this.
In "Final Position", Fru Fru commits twelve polar bears to the final assault against Icener: "For my father." In "Complacency", she delivers her father's eulogy at the Tundratown cemetery, standing before his enormous ornate casket — carved from Tundratown oak and inlaid with silver filigree, sized for a polar bear despite the tiny mammal inside. She honors Mr. Big as a protector who loved the city more than anyone knew and tells Nick and Judy they will always have a friend in Tundratown. Koslov stands directly behind her throughout, and offers his paw for her to climb onto once the service ends.
In "Golden Again", Fru Fru sits in the front row of the relief concert for Reptile Ravine, perched on Koslov's shoulder and dabbing at her eyes with a handkerchief the size of a postage stamp.
Fru Fru attends the double wedding in "Always" with her entourage.
After the crisis, Fru Fru leads the Tundratown organization with Koslov, Raymond, and Kevin now serving her.
