Background
Hitchcock is one of the Precinct 99 detectives. He sweats perpetually, and the only time the series puts him on the page he is off duty at the bar with Scully.
Series History
Season 5
Hitchcock is at the bar in Shaw's Bar in "The Network", behind the high-top where Jake takes Nick's call. He never speaks. He and Scully carry on a wordless argument over a plate of nachos, and by the time Jake has agreed to run a heist against a live target for real they have moved on to arm-wrestling for the last loaded chip. The conversation that pulls Precinct 99 into the Icener investigation happens entirely over their heads.
