Norm Scully
Norm Scully is a walrus and a detective at Precinct 99 in We Can Fix Pawbert. In the main series he appears once, silently, in the background of "The Network".
Background
Scully is one of the Precinct 99 detectives. The only time the main series puts him on the page he is off duty at the bar beside Hitchcock, working on something colorful with an umbrella in it.
Series History
Season 5
Scully is at the bar in Shaw's Bar in "The Network", behind the high-top where Jake takes Nick's call. He never speaks. He and Hitchcock carry on a wordless argument over a plate of nachos, and by the time Jake has agreed to run a heist against a live target for real the two of them are arm-wrestling for the last loaded chip. Neither of them registers the conversation that pulls Precinct 99 into the Icener investigation.
W-Series
In "Ridealong", Scully and Hitchcock walk into Millstone's bakery as customers after the owner has detained a cinnamon-roll thief, announce themselves as detectives, and eat the recovered rolls while everyone waits. Scully is occupying most of a cafe table with a pastry when Nick and Judy arrive, and he helpfully tells the room that the window tray on the floor was not them, only Hitchcock leaning on the case. Asked by Judy to put the pastry down, he finishes it and hands her the paper. Sent to the cruiser, he stops at the free-sample basket for one cookie, and the baker lets him take it.
Trivia
