Nikolai
Nikolai is a polar bear in Mr. Big's organization and one of the twelve bears Fru Fru commits to the assault on Reptile Ravine in "Final Position". He is killed in the fighting, the only one of the twelve who does not come back.
Background
Nikolai serves among the polar bear muscle that Koslov leads for the Big family, and he is large even by the standards of that company — a mountain of a bear. Nothing else about him is established before the day he dies.

Season 5
The morning after Mr. Big is killed defending Tundratown, Fru Fru walks into the command post at the Big mansion in mourning black and puts twelve bears at Director Costa's disposal for her father's sake. Nikolai is one of them.
Koslov leads them into the perimeter fighting at Reptile Ravine, where Big's people push alongside ZPD units drawn from precincts across the city to open a lane for the main assault on the lighthouse. The push works, and it is expensive: two of Koslov's bears go down before the lane is clear. When the lighthouse is secured and the cost of the operation is counted, Nikolai is dead, lying still with his eyes open while medics converge on Raymond, the other bear hit, who survives. He and a tapir officer from Precinct 3 are the only mammals killed taking the perimeter; the rest of the toll is wounded, spread across every team on the ground.
