Officer Bucheron
Officer Bucheron is a markhor and a ZPD officer assigned to Precinct 1 in We Can Fix Pawbert. He is partnered with Chevre, a bighorn sheep, and the two complement each other well — horns and hooves, built for breaking through.

Zootopia 2
Bucheron is first seen in the bullpen with his partner Chevre, listening as Chief Bogo gives assignments regarding Antony Snootley. After Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde cause chaos during the chase, Bucheron is present in Bogo's office for the reprimand, and laughs at the two rookies in the lobby after they are assigned to Partners in Crisis therapy. Later, Bucheron and Chevre pursue Judy and Nick at the Honeymoon Lodge. While Chevre fights Nick, Bucheron tries to arrest Judy but is knocked aside by Pawbert. He manages to hit Judy with a dart, but Pawbert and Gary help her escape — though Bucheron and Chevre successfully arrest Nick. In Sahara Square, Bucheron watches as Captain Hoggbottom hesitates and Higgins accidentally causes the shot to fire. When the ZPD raids the weather wall control room, Gary fights off the officers before the truth about the Lynxley framing is revealed. Bucheron and Chevre pose for the press as the Lynxley family is arrested. At the film's conclusion, Bucheron watches the awards ceremony and visits Reptile Ravine with Chevre for its reopening. The two are last seen at the Burning Mammal festival watching Gazelle perform.

S04E19 "Operational Surprise"
Bucheron and Chevre attend mandatory weekend compliance training at Precinct 1. The partners sit in the middle of the conference room, exchanging occasional looks of shared suffering as the marmot trainer drones through bureaucratic protocols.

S05E03 "Soft Target"
Bucheron attends the joint ZSI-ZPD briefing for the Sovfrost Shipping warehouse raid alongside his partner Chevre. He comments quietly to Chevre about how long the foreign operatives have been inside Zootopia's weather wall system, noting it predates half of them making detective. During the operation, Bucheron and Chevre cover the north corner — the least likely exit, which means it is exactly where someone desperate might try. When two runners emerge, the markhor takes a swing to the jaw and barely staggers. His partner puts the second runner down with a shoulder check.
S05E21 "Final Position"
During the final assault on Icener's position, Bucheron coordinates near his cruiser with Chevre during pre-operation staging. During the eastern assault, he sprints to a wounded tapir officer from Precinct 3, grabs him by the vest, and drags him toward cover while calling for a medic.
Later in the assault, Chevre is hit with rounds to the leg and side. Bucheron drags his wounded partner toward medical staging, leaving a blood trail, desperately telling him to stay with him.
