Officer Bucheron
Officer Bucheron is a markhor and a ZPD officer assigned to Precinct 1 in We Can Fix Pawbert. He is partnered with Chevre, a bighorn sheep, and the pairing plays to both their builds — his horns, Chevre's shoulder charge.
Background
Bucheron serves as a patrol officer at Precinct 1. His spiral horns put real weight behind a hit, which is what makes him useful once an arrest turns physical. He draws almost every assignment alongside Chevre, and the two are posted together as a matter of course — a corner, a flank, whatever needs sealing.

Zootopia 2
Bucheron is first seen in the bullpen with his partner Chevre, listening as Chief Bogo gives assignments regarding Antony Snootley. After Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde cause chaos during the chase, Bucheron is present in Bogo's office for the reprimand, and laughs at the two rookies in the lobby after they are assigned to Partners in Crisis therapy. Later, Bucheron and Chevre pursue Judy and Nick at the Honeymoon Lodge. While Chevre fights Nick, Bucheron tries to arrest Judy but is knocked aside by Pawbert. He manages to hit Judy with a dart, but Pawbert and Gary help her escape — though Bucheron and Chevre successfully arrest Nick. At the Burning Mammal festival out in Sahara Square, Bucheron watches Captain Hoggbottom hesitate over Milton's order to put Judy, Pawbert, and Gary down; Higgins knocks into her, the dart fires anyway, and Flash's car blocks it. When the ZPD raids the weather wall control room, Gary fights off the officers before the truth about the Lynxley framing is revealed. Bucheron and Chevre pose for the press as the Lynxley family is arrested. At the film's conclusion, Bucheron watches the awards ceremony and visits Reptile Ravine with Chevre for its reopening. The two are last seen at the Burning Mammal festival watching Gazelle perform.
Season 1
S01E21 "Counsel"
Bucheron works the checkpoint at the Zootopia Central Courthouse secure entrance, down in the underground garage where the transport vans come in away from the cameras and the crowds. When Pawbert is brought through, still muzzled as protocol requires until he is inside the building, Bucheron checks credentials without looking up and routes him to Courtroom 4A by way of the witness holding room.
Season 4
S04E19 "Operational Surprise"
Bucheron and Chevre attend mandatory weekend compliance training at Precinct 1. The partners take seats in the middle of the conference room and spend the session trading looks while a marmot works through a protocol presentation.
Season 5
S05E03 "Soft Target"
Bucheron attends the joint ZSI-ZPD briefing for the Sovfrost Shipping warehouse raid alongside his partner Chevre. He comments quietly to Chevre that the foreign operatives have been inside Zootopia's weather wall system since before half the officers in the room made detective. During the operation, the two of them take the north corner, the exit nobody expects a runner to use, which makes it exactly the one a desperate mammal tries. Two runners do come out. Bucheron absorbs a punch to the jaw without losing his footing; Chevre drops the other with his shoulder.
S05E21 "Final Position"
During the final assault on Icener's position, Bucheron coordinates near his cruiser with Chevre during pre-operation staging. During the eastern assault, he sprints to a tapir officer from Precinct 3 who has gone down with a leg wound, hauls him clear by the vest, and shouts for a medic.
Chevre is hit later in the fight, rounds through the leg and side. Bucheron pulls his partner back to the medics with a blood trail behind them, telling him over and over to stay with him.
