Officer Chevre
Officer Chevre is a bighorn sheep and a ZPD officer assigned to Precinct 1 in We Can Fix Pawbert. He is partnered with Bucheron, a markhor, and the pairing plays to both their builds — Bucheron's horns, his own shoulder charge.
Background
Chevre serves as a patrol officer at Precinct 1. A runner who gets past Bucheron tends to meet Chevre's shoulder instead. He draws almost every assignment alongside Bucheron, and the two are posted together as a matter of course.
Series History
Zootopia 2
Chevre is first seen in the bullpen with his partner Bucheron, listening as Chief Bogo gives assignments regarding Antony Snootley. After Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde cause chaos during the chase, Chevre is present in Bogo's office for the reprimand, and laughs at the two rookies in the lobby after they are assigned to Partners in Crisis therapy. Later, Chevre pursues Judy and Nick at the Honeymoon Lodge, where Nick fights him off while Pawbert and Gary help Judy escape. Chevre and Bucheron successfully arrest Nick. At the Burning Mammal festival out in Sahara Square, Chevre watches Captain Hoggbottom hesitate over Milton's order to put Judy, Pawbert, and Gary down; Higgins knocks into her, the dart fires anyway, and Flash's car blocks it. When the ZPD raids the weather wall control room, Gary fights off the officers before the truth about the Lynxley framing is revealed. Bucheron and Chevre pose for the press as the Lynxley family is arrested. At the film's conclusion, Chevre attends the awards ceremony and visits Reptile Ravine. The two are last seen at the Burning Mammal festival watching Gazelle perform.

S04E19 "Operational Surprise"
Chevre and Bucheron attend mandatory weekend compliance training at Precinct 1. The partners take seats in the middle of the conference room and spend the session trading looks while a marmot works through a protocol presentation.
Season 5
S05E03 "Soft Target"
Chevre attends the joint ZSI-ZPD briefing for the Sovfrost Shipping warehouse raid alongside his partner Bucheron. When Bucheron comments quietly about how long the foreign operatives have been inside Zootopia's weather wall system, Chevre responds equally low that someone has been patient. During the operation, the two of them take the north corner. Two runners come out of it, and Chevre drops one of them with a shoulder charge the whole warehouse hears.
S05E21 "Final Position"
Chevre and Bucheron work out their positions beside their cruiser during staging for the final assault on Icener's position. Once the lighthouse is secured, Chevre is one of the wounded, hit through the leg and side. Bucheron pulls him back to the medics with blood marking the ground behind them. He survives.

Chevre and Bucheron are constant partners, assigned as one unit rather than as two officers on every operation either of them turns up in. When Chevre is hit in the final assault against Icener, it is Bucheron who gets him back to the medics.
