Officer Zebrowski
Officer Gene Zebrowski is a horse and a ZPD officer assigned to Precinct 1 in We Can Fix Pawbert. He is partnered with Officer Gene Zebraxton, and the two are collectively known as "the Zebros." Their coordination is so practiced it appears telepathic.
Background
Zebrowski serves as a patrol officer at Precinct 1. His partnership with Zebraxton — both coincidentally named Gene — has resulted in the nickname "the Zebros" among their colleagues. Despite his equine bulk, Zebrowski makes it work in tight spaces during tactical operations, and the pair's seamless teamwork makes them highly effective.

Zootopia 2
The Zebros first appear in a ZPD group photo, looming over Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde with stern expressions. During the strategy meeting to take down smuggler Antony Snootley, Judy and Nick go rogue, and when Antony's van crashes into a statue of Ebenezer Lynxley, he rolls into the Zebros' police car — earning them credit for the arrest. Chief Bogo confirms Antony was captured by the Zebros, and they briefly celebrate before Bogo tells them to shut it. After Judy and Nick are assigned to Partners in Crisis, the Zebros laugh at them in the lobby, with Zebraxton mocking Nick. They act as security for Mayor Winddancer at the Zootennial Gala and escort him from the building when Gary reveals himself, roughly pushing one of Gazelle's tigers in the process. They pursue Judy, Pawbert, and Gary through the Desert Dunes during the Burning Mammal festival, where they encounter Gazelle and her tigers, who beat them up in retaliation. At the conclusion, the Zebros congratulate Judy and Nick with fist bumps as they receive their awards and reveal their shared first name — Gene — during the Partners in Crisis session, headbumping in celebration. They are last seen as DJs at Gazelle's Burning Mammal concert.

S04E19 "Operational Surprise"
Zebrowski and Zebraxton are called in for mandatory weekend compliance training at Precinct 1. During the training, the Zebros claim adjacent seats and conduct a whispered conversation about weekend plans that will now never happen.
Season 5
S05E06 "Fieldwork"
Zebrowski attends the tactical briefing for the Hyenahurst warehouse raid. He and Zebraxton are assigned as the flanking element on the east side. During the operation, they seal the east exit, and when Luther mobilizes for the secondary target at the Canal District, both officers move with the team.
S05E12 "The Message"
Zebrowski serves on Charlie team during the underground facility breach. When Zebraxton drives a snow leopard behind cover, Zebrowski flanks right through a narrow corridor — his equine bulk should not fit, but he makes it work. He catches a corsac fox crossing an intersection and takes him down with two shots.
S05E21 "Final Position"
During the final assault on Icener's position, Zebrowski and Zebraxton move in sync as always, their coordination so practiced it looks telepathic. During the western assault, the Zebros work as a unit — one fires while the other reloads, seamless teamwork under fire.
