Briggs
Briggs is a wolf and one of Clawrence Lynxley's operatives who appears in S02E16 "The Wall" and S02E17 "Foxhole". He is part of the surveillance team that has located Site Two, the pack's safehouse, and he is with the assault team that moves on it three hours later.
Background
Briggs is described as wearing "dark tactical clothing" and operates as part of Clawrence's paramilitary organization. He serves alongside Javier Croft and Gnashton in conducting surveillance operations against the pack.

S02E16 "The Wall"
Briggs appears in the episode's closing scene, seated in a surveillance vehicle parked roughly two hundred yards from Site Two. Along with Gnashton, he accompanies Javier Croft as they watch the safehouse where Luther, Pawbert, Nick Wilde, and Judy Hopps are sheltering.
When Javier receives orders from Clawrence to launch the second wave that night, Gnashton is instructed to prepare the team for movement in three hours. Briggs is present during this exchange.
S02E17 "Foxhole"
Briggs appears in the opening of the episode, checking weapons alongside Gnashton as Javier studies the safehouse floor plan. Described as "flat-eyed," he demonstrates the mechanical efficiency of mammals who have conducted operations like this before.
