Season 1: Station 118 (S01E10)

Hen is at the engine's side compartment pulling medical gear before the rest of the crew has crossed the street at the Riverside Apartments, working as though she has already guessed which injuries the next hour will produce. When Buck brings the trapped otter down the ladder, Hen has the oxygen mask ready before he finishes the descent and takes the victim from him at the bottom; the otter is alive, coughing, and conscious enough to hold onto Hen's forearm. At the Canyonlands office fire later that day, Bobby sends her and Chimney to the third floor to assist an evacuation already in progress. She passes Nick and Luther on the landing with her mask coming down, hears that the offices past the smoke line still need eyes, and tells them that is what her crew is for.

At the firehouse dinner she and Judy take the far end of the table and are comparing report formats inside of two minutes, one record-keeper recognizing another. Later in the evening she talks about the medical degree she is working toward, the paramedic shifts by day and the textbooks at night, and exactly how much further the second degree will let her go.

Season 2: Collateral (S02E07)

Hen turns out with Station 118 to the explosion at the Tundratown-Sahara Power Substation, the plant that feeds the weather wall between Tundratown and Sahara Square. She and Chimney set up a triage station short of the collapse zone and take survivors as the firefighters bring them out: burns, a head wound, walking wounded still dazed in the daylight. When Buck and Eddie carry a badly burned possum technician out of the maintenance shaft, Hen works the dressings while Chimney threads the line and stabilizes her, the two of them moving around each other without needing to discuss it. She asks Chimney for the running count, hears twelve survivors against eight dead, and says there may still be mammals inside. At Zootopia General Hospital afterward she and Chimney handle the patient handoffs at the intake desk, and she is packing out the last of the medical kits when the 118 is released to head back.

Season 5: Inferno (S05E16)

Hen returns with Station 118 during the Rainforest District arson attack. At the staging area, she treats burn victims with the same efficient, no-wasted-motion approach that defined her earlier appearances. When Nick asks about Bobby, Hen looks up from her patient — a brief, involuntary reaction that speaks to the grief the crew still carries. During Luther's breakdown, Hen stops working on her patient entirely. She volunteers alongside Eddie and Buck to handle the scene debrief so the pack can leave.

Season 5: Final Position (S05E21)

Hen and the Station 118 crew are staged at the rear during the assault on The Root — medical units ready for the casualties that are certain to come. She stands ready with Chimney, Eddie, and Buck, prepared to treat the wounded as the assault begins.

Season 5: Complacency (S05E22)

Hen and the Station 118 crew deliver Luther to Zootopia General Hospital after the assault on The Root. Hen reads off Luther's injuries to the trauma team as they run — one GSW to the right thigh, at least three rib fractures, facial lacerations, strangulation contusions, and signs of internal bleeding. She reports that he coded once in the field and they brought him back. After her shift ends, Hen stays at the hospital. She tells Nick and Judy that Luther fought the whole way, his vitals crashing and pulling back repeatedly. She invokes Bobby's memory: "Pack takes care of pack."

Season 5: Always (S05E24)

Hen attends the double wedding, adjusting the tie of her wife Karen, a fellow bison, even as they walk toward the ceremony. Her presence at the celebration represents the Station 118 family honoring the pack's hard-won happiness.

W-Series

In "Nighthowler", Hen runs the medical side of the Meadowlands field response after Luther is finally brought to a stop, out of the Station 118 rig with the kit before Chimney has finished assigning the crew. She finds a wolf breathing fast, with his blood pressure up and a heart that has spent hours at sprint speed because of the tranquilizer dart put into him at Sage Wash. She tells Chimney they are past the modified Nighthowler compound's twelve-hour window, then gives the antidote when he orders it anyway, finding the injection site on Luther's uninjured arm. She calls the reversal aloud as it happens: the pressure comes down, the heart rate drops, and Luther goes under with his vitals steady. When it is time to move him she asks Pawbert to let go rather than prying his arms open, and once Luther is on the stretcher she comes back to check Pawbert's shoulders and finds the deep bruising that the green sweater took instead of his skin.

In "The Call" she is off the couch before the second tone finishes and asks the one question the order does not answer. When the shelter-in-place alert reaches the bunker she calls Karen with a bright voice that Karen sees through in one syllable, is told everyone is right there, and ends the call before her voice can give her away.
