Kevin
Kevin is a polar bear and an enforcer in Mr. Big's organization in We Can Fix Pawbert. He serves as part of Mr. Big's inner circle of trusted polar bears during the Icener crisis in Season 5, often working alongside Koslov and Raymond. Following Mr. Big's death in "Tundratown Requiem", Kevin continues to serve under Fru Fru.

Zootopia
Kevin and Raymond abduct Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde after the pair sneaks into a limousine owned by Mr. Big. Kevin silently stares out the window during the ride to Mr. Big's mansion. He and Raymond bring Judy and Nick to Mr. Big's office, where Mr. Big orders the two polar bears to ice them. Before they can drop Judy and Nick into the freezing water, Fru Fru arrives and recognizes Judy, prompting Mr. Big to order Kevin and Raymond to release them. Near the climax of the film, when Mr. Big orders the polar bears to ice Duke Weaselton, Kevin reveals the hidden icy water for Raymond to lower the weasel into, frightening him into cooperating with Judy's investigation.
Season 5
Kevin first appears in "The Godfather" when Mr. Big decides to interrogate a captured wolverine after ZSI's professional methods yield nothing. Raymond and Koslov enter first and flank the door as monuments; Kevin follows with Mr. Big and sets the tiny chair down directly across from the prisoner, then holds position through the interrogation. When Mr. Big extracts the information he needs, Kevin carries him toward the door. Later in the episode, Kevin stands ready alongside Koslov and Raymond as Mr. Big's polar bears await orders for the coming battle.
Before the final confrontation, Mr. Big gives succession instructions: if he falls, Koslov knows what to do, and Raymond and Kevin will follow him. This places Kevin among the trusted few who will serve the family's next leader.
In "Tundratown Requiem", Kevin is among the polar bears who survive the battle for Tundratown. After Mr. Big's death, when Fru Fru stands before the survivors and declares that they now serve this family, Kevin is specifically named among those who kneel before her alongside Koslov and Raymond. His pledge, along with the others, signals the transfer of loyalty to the new leader.
In "Final Position", Kevin follows Fru Fru and Koslov into the grand study of the family mansion, now ZSI's command post, tracking every exit and every weapon in the room as she commits twelve polar bears to the final assault against Icener. He flanks alongside Raymond in the convoy that follows, part of the Big family's muscle deployed for the city they have quietly protected for decades.
In "Always", Kevin appears in the closing montage at the Big mansion in Tundratown, flanking Fru Fru and little Judith alongside Raymond while Koslov watches nearby — the new generation of Big protection, and family as much as security.
