"The Uncle" is the eighth episode of Season 2 of We Can Fix Pawbert.

Synopsis

ZSI identifies Clawrence Lynxley -- Milton Lynxley's half-brother, officially declared dead thirty years ago -- as the likely mastermind behind the attacks. Pawbert returns to Lynxley Manor for the first time since the arrests and discovers photo albums documenting his systematic erasure from the family. He then confronts Milton at maximum security, learning the truth about the brothers' rivalry.

Plot

ZSI identifies Clawrence Lynxley—Milton Lynxley's half-brother, officially declared dead thirty years ago—as the likely mastermind. Corbin asks Pawbert to search Lynxley Manor for hidden records, and reveals Milton will only speak to Pawbert directly.

At the abandoned Lynxley Manor, Pawbert discovers photo albums hidden in his mother's closet. The early photos document Lillian's love for him; the later albums document his systematic erasure from the family after her death—family portraits become a family of three. "After she died. They just... stopped seeing me." A third box yields photographs of two young lynxes at a weather wall terminal: Clawrence was the Chief Engineer before Milton took it from him.

At maximum security, Pawbert faces Milton through the glass partition. Milton weaponizes family knowledge, invoking Lillian's phrase for young Pawbert—"loud and determined"—as something he spent years curing. He reveals he and Clawrence are half-brothers; after their father died, Milton took credit for Clawrence's work and arranged his "accident." "If Clawrence is alive... he'll find a use for you." Pawbert walks out: "Goodbye, Father."

Outside, Pawbert crumbles. Luther catches him. The pack forms a wall of protection. At Site Two, Pawbert admits he still wants Milton's love. Luther responds: "That's not weakness. That's being his son."
