Season 1

Amy is assigned as the pack's liaison in "Precinct 99" and pairs with Judy on logistics for the Ferrick meet. The two recognize each other within seconds of the introductions, on the evidence of matching color-coded binders, and spend the diner stakeout comparing systems at a two-top: Amy has three contingency plans ranked by probability and severity, and a potential friendship binder started on the drive over. When Ferrick begins talking, she takes the debrief notes in a shorthand only she can read, first on a placemat and then at the precinct.

The Halloween Heist in "The Heist" puts her at the opposite pole from the chaos rather than inside it. She briefs the visitors on the rules, allies with Judy on the principle that organized competence beats improvisation, and converts the interrogation room into a command center papered with maps, laminated timelines, and a three-color probability matrix. One section of it, headed PERALTA CHAOS FACTOR, models thirteen ways Jake might sabotage himself. She calls his mustache gambit down to the timing and the prop, watches it fail on schedule from the briefing-room window, then takes the trophy off Holt with Judy in a coordinated snatch fifteen minutes before midnight. Rosa's counter-ambush takes it straight back out of her paws, and Amy never does find the moment it started. She hands Judy a personalized binder of case organization protocols before the pack leaves, built in four hours from a template she keeps ready.

Season 2

Amy is the reason the pack is called back to Precinct 99 in "Nine-Nine": it is her work on the Fungus Emporium's seized ledgers that establishes the records match no legitimate accounting system, which is what Pawbert is brought in to read. She answers Jake's insistence that the date is destiny with the odds against it, and the moment he raises the annual heist she produces contingency binders for fifteen possible scenarios, explaining that she ran out of time before she could prepare more. As the pack leaves she hands Judy the whole playbook on a flash drive, on the reasoning that an audit its subject cannot prepare for is an incomplete audit.

At Site Two in "The Audit" she produces a laminated, color-coded floor plan marking the zones excluded from the heist, along with contingency overlays for seven alliance configurations, and finds Judy has built her counter-contingencies against all fifteen scenarios in return. The two establish a command center at the dining table and work Jake's behavioral patterns from it, and Amy plants one of the three decoy trophies recovered over the course of the night. After the security briefing she offers to compile a prioritized remediation schedule cross-referenced with threat assessments, and hands Judy the finished folder at the door, organized by urgency, cost, and implementation complexity.

Season 5: The Otterdam Heist

During the Icener crisis in "The Job", Amy brings her planning discipline to the Otterdam heist — now with twelve contingencies (the twelfth being "Jake does something unplanned"). She coordinates the operation from the surveillance van with Holt, scripting the phone call that Judy delivers to overwhelm the front desk clerk with work order numbers and thermal compliance jargon. Amy monitors GPS feeds, guard rotations, and team positions simultaneously, calling out timing windows with precision and answering Holt's contingency questions in order as the transfer runs long against the patrol schedule. When an alarm goes off elsewhere in the building she reads the feeds and diagnoses it in seconds — the district cycles cooler overnight, the facility's own climate control kicked in, and a security system set too sensitive read the temperature differential as movement.

In "Departure" she watches Jake and Nick spin each other around the driveway and asks Judy whether they are going to do this every time, then hugs her goodbye and tells her to stay safe. She spends the departure hauling Jake into the vehicle mid-farewell, on the grounds that he can have his moment in the car.

Season 5: The Final Battle

Amy returns with the Nine-Nine for the assault on The Root in "Final Position", the squad's two cruisers among the last units to reach the edge of the Ravine. She steps out behind Jake with the precinct's usual noise entirely gone, and when he racks his weapon and says his line to nobody, she takes his paw and squeezes it. The Nine-Nine hold the outer perimeter through the operation.

Season 5: Pre-Wedding

Amy joins Jake on a video call with the pack in "Golden Again" as wedding preparations begin.
