Season 1: Breach and Recovery (S01E05-06)

Reacher's team is first deployed when a six-member hit squad assaults the safehouse at 86 Pack Street. He meets Nick, Judy, and Pawbert at the Mangrove Avenue drainage canal where the escape tunnel lets out, and when Nick draws on the van he answers by naming himself and explaining that Luther sent the coordinates before the three of them ever entered the tunnel. In the van, Dixon reports that Luther's embedded ZSI tracker is still live and moving at a fraction of walking pace. Reacher has her redirect the medical intercept, then orders the driver to turn around and go back for him.

At the culvert mouth he goes in alone. He finds Luther face down in the dark with the blood pooled under him, rolls him over, tells him the other three are safe, and carries him out to the stretcher waiting on the concrete apron. Luther's heart stops on the way into Site Two, and Neagley brings him back on the work table.

In "Convalescence", Reacher sits at Luther's cot reading reports, confirms that the cover survived the night because ZPD has been told he is on administrative leave, and recites the tally of the assault before observing that even by Luther's standards it was excessive. He then announces the team is pulling out: Site Two is secure and Luther's own team can hold it. Reacher's team will run the port district warehouse lead from their end. He orders Luther to get better and goes.

Season 2: Extraction (S02E03)

Reacher's team conducts the dawn extraction of Pawbert and Luther from ZCF during a coordinated prison siege involving forty-plus attackers with smuggled weapons. A concussive charge opens an exterior maintenance wall and Reacher takes the team in behind it — Neagley on point, Dixon on comms, O'Donnell covering Pawbert in a diamond formation — to reach Luther and Pawbert in the corridors. When Dixon's tablet catches a pursuit force closing from one corridor over, Reacher moves to take the front at the last choke point and Warden Hartwell physically blocks him, refusing to spend ZSI's guns holding a hallway when they are the best chance Pawbert has of reaching the dock. Reacher and Neagley drop the serval leading the pursuit wave in the same half-second, firing past Hartwell's shoulders, but the warden stays at the front of the exchange and takes three rounds. Behind the last biometric door, with the cameras and the inmate windows finally behind them, Luther drops the "Rook" posture and stands there as himself; Reacher watches the change with wry interest and calls it "Cute.", and O'Donnell, beside him, calls it "Creepy."

Season 2: The Wall Breach (S02E16-19)

During the Clawrence terrorism arc, Reacher's team responds to the weather wall breach in "The Wall", an attack that leaves forty-one dead. Reacher advances straight up the center line of the tunnel while Neagley takes the flank, strips the rifle out of the paws of the jaguar running the attack and drives a shoulder into his chest hard enough to crack ribs, then breaks the rest of the shooters' line with blunt force. In the afternoon investigation he reads the shaped charges as commercial grade and precisely placed, the work of someone who understood how the wall was built, and tells Luther this was not a hit but an operation. He keeps his team on the scene when the pack withdraws to regroup.

Ordered to the Rainforest-Savanna junction in "Foxhole", Reacher's unit establishes a full perimeter there and reports nothing moving. In "Tempest" the team is still holding that perimeter, an intersection Clawrence threatened and never touched, when Precinct 1 comes over emergency traffic. Reacher calls after Luther as he sprints for a vehicle, then lets him go without surprise, having watched enough operatives break protocol for love to know it cannot be ordered away. His team is still twelve minutes out when the pack moves on the Central Weather Interface without waiting.

In "The Crown", Reacher's second vehicle reaches the interface in time for the assault. He splits the operation, sending Neagley, Dixon and O'Donnell through the service entrance to breach the main corridor while he takes Nick and Judy, and blows the control room door the moment Luther drops through the ceiling vent. Inside, Javier Croft fights him with a tactical knife instead of a rifle, opening his forearm, driving three inches of blade into his side beneath the vest, and raking his other arm before Reacher pins him to the floor and breaks his neck. It costs Reacher more damage than any single opponent has dealt him in the field, and it leaves Clawrence without his most capable operative.

Season 3: Canal District Raid (S03E01)

In "Licence to Claw", Reacher's team hits a Canal District warehouse on an operation Luther built and runs. Luther holds overwatch from the rooftop across the alley and the team waits on his count; all Reacher puts on the channel beforehand is that he wants to be told when. On the execute he comes out of the staged BearCat onto the loading dock, takes a cougar sentry's submachine gun away by the barrel, twists the wrist still caught in the trigger guard, and throws him into the corrugated wall hard enough to leave blood on the metal. When the mammals hiding in the back of the building rush the bay, a jaguar puts two rounds into him — the first stopped by his vest, the second cutting a furrow across his shoulder — and Reacher closes the distance anyway and ends him with one swing.

The pallet turns out to hold two categories of hardware: ZTA signal repeaters and routing kits, and prison security bypass equipment labeled for delivery to ZCF. Reacher reaches the same conclusion Luther does before either of them says it out loud. At the ZSI Field Office he writes off the graze as a scratch, clocks Luther's ears going flat without looking up from the evidence photographs, and names the possibility nobody else in the room wants to: somebody wants one of the inmates out, or wants to make a statement. Afterward, in the med bay, he is the one who says the part the briefing left out — that Luther hates cages, that Pawbert hates them too, and that the way through is to be smaller than the moment, patient, and boring.

Reacher's unit is at ZCF running containment through the crisis that follows, which is where Bogo places them when the pursuit of Leodore Lionheart leaves ZPD asking ZSI for resources it no longer has.

Season 4: Building Collapse (S04E16)

Reacher leads a ZSI raid on an undisclosed weapons compound. The operation escalates when an armored polar bear wielding a vehicle-breach weapon engages Reacher in the back structure. The fight between the two bears — evenly matched — damages a support pillar, causing the upper floor to collapse. Luther is injured in the collapse, suffering three broken ribs, spinal bruising, and a concussion.

After the operation, Reacher's team arrives at Pawthorne Mansion to inform Pawbert. When Pawbert spirals into a panic attack, it is Reacher's flat, definitive words — "He's alive" — that cut through. At the hospital he walks Pawbert as far as Luther's door, and when the trauma surgeon reports that Luther has been difficult, Reacher corrects her: he has been Luther. The signature exchange from the operation — "You're slow" / "You're bleeding" / "Scratch" — is the post-combat banter between Reacher and Luther in its usual form.

Season 5: The Icener Crisis (S05E18-19, S05E21, S05E24)

In "The Godfather", Reacher's team returns from weeks in Vladifrostok, exhausted and road-worn. He fills the doorway first, dust on his gear and bruises under his fur, and greets Luther with "Heard you started a war without us." Neagley reports Icener has been planning this for six years; O'Donnell brings names, supply chains, and full logistics. Luther assigns Reacher's team to the north sector main approach — the primary entry vector for an attack on Mr. Big's compound — with orders that nothing gets through. Reacher accepts without hesitation.

In "Tundratown Requiem", Reacher holds the north sector during the Tundratown assault with Neagley, Dixon, and O'Donnell — dropping attackers with single shots and maintaining the line throughout the engagement. When Mr. Big's last stand in the mansion corridor leaves one massive operative standing despite Mr. Big's eye shot and Nick and Judy's combined fire, Reacher bursts through the far door and kills the operative in three seconds of devastating close-quarters violence. He stands over the corpse and looks at Nick cradling Mr. Big's body but says nothing — there is nothing to say.

During the final assault in "Final Position", Reacher kills a massive operative in close combat, contributing to the operation that ends the Icener threat. His team operates alongside Luther and the pack in the series' climactic battle.

In "Always", Reacher and his team attend the double wedding at the World Celebration Gardens, standing among the guests as Luther and Pawbert, and Nick and Judy, are married.

W-Series

In "Mawlaysia", Reacher leads his team on an international extraction operation to retrieve a compromised ZSI intelligence analyst from the tropical port city of Pawang, Mawlaysia. Coordinating from the dockside due to the canopy district's weight restrictions, he serves as the contingency plan when subtlety fails. When the extraction goes loud, Reacher engages two Mawlayan tigers at the port gate, putting both down in close combat before fifteen silat-trained primates swarm him. Unable to fight them individually, he charges through a concrete warehouse wall at full sprint — twelve hundred pounds of Kodiak bear — and the wall explodes, scattering his attackers.

In "Nighthowler", Costa calls the team in at half past two in the morning, after every unit in the city has failed to contain a feral Luther and the twelve-hour regression window is nearly closed. Reacher briefs them on the drive: Luther knows their techniques because they taught him most of them, and the compound has not erased his training so much as removed its brakes. He tells Dixon to give the boundary teams Luther's name. Then he plants himself on the centerline of the Meadowlands access road and stands there, and it costs him. Luther's bite reopens the forearm a tiger had opened in Pawang, and the same wound is torn twice more over the following half hour. When Costa authorizes lethal force past the deadline, Reacher refuses the shot on the open channel, and when Pawbert runs into the firing lane it is Reacher who calls hold fire and puts every weapon on the perimeter down. He holds the hospital corridor afterward with both forearms bandaged.

In "Coup", Reacher's team serves as the receiving line at the Madripaw dock after the pack escapes Naypyipaw during a military coup. Costa dispatched the team roughly forty-eight hours earlier upon receiving the pack's whisper-network relay. The pack crossed the country under their own power; Reacher's team was waiting, not rescuing.
