Santos
Santos is a young wolf and a paramedic. He works the evacuation perimeter during the Tundratown-Sahara Square weather wall attack in S02E16 "The Wall", treating civilians brought out of the tunnel with temperature exposure.
Background
Santos is one of the paramedics working the perimeter beyond the ZPD cordon, part of the wider emergency response rather than the Station 113 fire crew inside the tunnel.

The breach leaves the wall bleeding its climates into each other, and the casualties arrive in both directions at once: mammals built for cold overheating, mammals built for heat freezing. Santos works the perimeter as they come out.
He treats an elderly fennec fox in a sundress, seventy-eight, diabetic, who has never been cold in her life. She had been walking to the market in Sahara Square when the wall failed, and now she sits on a curb shaking hard enough that her teeth chatter, unable to make the world add up.
Santos wraps a thermal blanket around her, tucking the edges in, and asks for her name. She does not give it — she tells him it is supposed to be hot, that she was going to buy fish. He tells her the wall is having some trouble and that they are going to take care of her. Her paw finds his and grips tight, and she says again that she does not understand, that it is supposed to be hot.
